2. Fundraising and Development: To increase the Trust’s restricted and unrestricted revenue to achieve operational self-sufficiency and increase grant-making capacity, and to increase annual support to the Park each year to keep pace with park needs;

3. Projects: To collaborate with the Park to develop a project selection process so that projects are adequately funded and successfully completed, and to grow Trust revenue in order to increase the number and size of grant awards and the scope and scale of support;

4. Communication: To design a communication plan that connects supporters with, and builds their lasting commitment to, the Park, so that supporters become and remain donors;

5. Organizational Development: To achieve excellent charity status in order to inspire confidence in potential donors; to construct a highly skilled and experienced fundraising board that represents the ethnic, racial and gender diversity of the area and country; and to retain a highly effective and well-managed staff to implement operations efficiently and imaginatively.
